Fight your appetite

Since ancient times humans felt the need to fight for their food. The appetite is controlled by our brain and somethimes we eat more than is necessary. Often we try to give up the bad habits of eating large steaks, french fries, cookies or alcoholic beverages, but after a while we give in to temptations.
You can’t help yourself or you do not have a very strong motivation to give up the old habits. You feel that your clothes fit too tight and you want to look good on the beach and do not need to be ashamed of your body. Here are some tricks that will help you lose that extra weight without any effort!
Get rid of bad foods!
If you still have in your fridge fruit yoghurt, give them to someone else, if you have cookie, candies or any other sweets arround, put them in a box in your closet, so you don’t stumble upon them every day! Try to stay away from your favorite food! It will be much easier to kick your food habits!
Fill your fridge with fruits, vegetables, low fat yoghurt and cheese and fish!
All of this stuff are poor in calories, are very healthy and help you achieve that perfect silhouette.
Eat less and often
Never get off the table full of food, so you feel the need to lay arround for 30 minutes after each meal. After you fill your plate try to give up at least 30% of your serving! Giving up a little at a time and reducing your portions will result also on reducing your size!
Eat slowly
Although it looks odd, by eating slowly and proper chewing your food, your body will get only what is necessary. If you eat fast your stomach will stretch due to repeated enforcement.
Hidrate yourself
Tea, natural juice, milk, plain water, everything you want, but keep it naturally, not full of chemicals. Good hydration will help you get rid of toxins and to prevent their accumulation on your body. Also, a stomach filled with liquids asks for less food.
Eat balanced
Try not to eat foolishly. To many types of food on the same meal is not such a good ideea. For example, in the evening you could have dairy produce and fruits, in the morning cereals with milk or toast bread with ham/cheese. Eat your meat with boiled vegetables.
Don’t fight stress by eating more
If you are stressed and feel the need to relax, do not try to relax by eating a box of ice cream, 5 cookies or 2 chocolates. Take a nice bath instead and eat a fruit salad or go out for a walk in the park.
Don’t eat in your car or at the office
If you have a lunch break get out of office and go eat outside. You will eat less and everything you let on the table gets trown away. In your car, on a traffic jam, drink tea or water, but do not eat chips or chocolate. If you really need to chew something on the road use sugar free chewing gum.
