body-beachThere is no need to tell that every man or woman thinks that Jennifer Lopez (nick-named as J.Lo) is real hot. If men dream about her, women dream of looking just like her. Of course, it appeared a lot of magazine articles which learn them how to make their dream a reality. Looking like her can be hard, but absolutely not impossibile. Remember that even Jennifer Lopez is a human being and she puts a lot of effort in keeping her weight and also her health. So, if she can do this, then everybody does, even without having a personal trainer, without spending a lot of money on expensive gymnastics apparatus.

First, let’s talk about exercises. Most people know that Jennifer Lopez walks a lot, whenever she has time, being a star. So, if you want to look like her or even better, you should do the same thing. Don’t go all the way home by bus. Get out of the bus with let’s say, 2 stations, and walk. If you are bored, you can take your mp3 or telephone and listening to music, to have the sensation that time goes by faster. Another thing that J. Lo does is jogging. She loves it. Why shouldn’t you do the same? Run! In the morning, in the evening, whenever you want, but run! Jogging is a real good way to keep fit. Nobody says that this is easy, but you have to put some effort if you want to look amazing.

At last, it is necessary to follow a diet, because just exercising will not give you the shapes you want so much. Try to eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, and avoid as much as you can fast food or everything that has a big caloric intake. Walking or jogging will have no result if you eat burgers, for instance. Of course there are a lot of diets in magazines or online, but the best advice is to eat healthy, as we said before, vegetables and fruits. Also, do not spend your money on alcohol or cigarettes, because these will worsen your effort. They are a real danger for your diet and your health in general. So remember, if you want to look like Jennifer Lopez, then do a lot of exercise and eat healthy! You will be just as hot as she is!
