Stay young, full of energy and healthy
The consequences of modern life are alarming: low immunity, obesity and premature ageing. A weak body can’t defend itself from disease. For curing, it needs extra energy that can be found in raw fresh foods, energy that is lost by boiling or frying, which became acustomed for most of us.
It seems incredible, but the more sofisticated and industrialized the food is, the more toxic it is.
Thousands of years ago Hippocrates stated that natural food, without termic treatment, ensures the „medicine-food” needed in curing process or preventive medicine.
The advantages of eating natural foods are countless: health, energy, physical and psychical equilibrum, youth, vitality, immunity.
The boiling process destroys most of the vitamins, enzymes and a part of the mineral salts. So what it’s left is not very nourishing.

- Especially in the summer, it is better to replace vegetable soups with fresh salads eaten before your meal. By that we offer our body vitamins, enzymes, minerals and the fibers necessary for a good digestion.
- To reap the benefits of a balanced nutrition and to protect ourselves from disease it’s good to eat: cereals and fruits for breakfast, natural juice and fruits as snacks between meals, fresh salads, fish, low fat meat, plain water, green tea and other plant teas, honey, walnuts, virgin olive oil, plant based nutritive suppliments.
- Remove from your alimentation or eat just casualy: pork meat, sausages, margarine, white sugar, refined oil, sweets, alcohol, coffee, fried food, white bread, fast-food.
- Don’t forget to drink at least 2 litres of water everyday!
